Welcome to Real People Dolls, where you will find molds for making your fine reproduction porcelain dolls. Real People Dolls began in 1990 with original artist dolls. The artist, Marlena H Nielsen has also designed many dolls for the Danbury Mint as well as offered sculpting seminars for doll lovers who wanted to either expand their skills or just wanted to capture a loved one in timeless porcelain.

People often ask if the dolls we make are of real people. The answer is yes and no. Tori, Katelyn, Sister, Emmy N and Danielle are real people and family members. All other dolls are a mix of characters that were inspired by real people usually combining features of several people to end with a unique personality.
